Solid Machined 6160 Aluminum, 4 Part, Welded Construction.
2 Matching Axel Blocks.
1 Brake Line Guide
2 Chain Tensioner Wrenches,
1 Jack Shaft Fitment Rod,
1 Swingarm Fitment Rod
All Surron Frames are slightly different, for example: New Frame and Used Frame can vary by several MM. In addition, if you have a Powder Coated Frame, this can make the space even tighter to fit the Swingarm.
Swingarm Install Notes: You can Text Defiant Emoto with Install Questions 805-209-1000
Loosen all of the following Bolts on Main Frame before trying to install the Swingarm: Anything that may be squeezing the Frame -
Motor Mounts, Peg Brackets with Peg Brace, Triangle, Lower Seat Subframe and Back Bash Guard.
If you have a very tight frame, Remove the Rear Shock and Triangle completely, allowing more space to use the Spreader.
Once you have the Swingarm in Place - Insert the Swingarm Fitment Rod through the Swingarm and Jackshaft - this will push out the Jackshaft Fitment Rod.
Now, you are ready to push your Jackshaft Axle through the Swingarm.
Defiant v2 Sqingarm comes with a 1 Year Replacement Warranty.
The warranty is non-transferrable. Warranty only valid for original purchaser.

Offered in Matte Black , Raw and Smoke Chrome ( Custom colors with added lead time and cost upon direct request ). 6061 T6 hardened aluminum precision welded light weight construction 6.6lbs ( stock swing arm ) total length 21 3/8" ( 5/8" over stock ) Bearing to middle of rear axle slot 18 3/4". Compatible with most all belt drive and chain drive combination. Rear sprocket compatible from stock size to 64T. Delran chain snubber bolt in and replaceable. Includes two hardened chain tension bolt wrenches. Includes frame clamp to help with install. Includes two 6061 T6 custom alignment rods for hub and swing arm installation.
