What is included in the Box:

1 Swingarm for LBX - with NBK 6000 Bearings already installed.

1 Hardened Steel LINKAGE Bolt, Washers & Nut for Connection to Linkage.  Our Bolt is LONGER than OEM and Aftermarket Linkage Bolts.   * Do not Use Titanium Bolts on the Linkage or Triangle or the Warranty will be VOID *.

2 Matching Axel Blocks

1 Matching Brake Line Guide - Do not over Tighten it - Use Blue Loctite and Tighten Enough to secure it to the Swingarm. It mounts on the left side of Swingarm and holds your brake line securely in place.

2 Chain Tensioner Wrenches - Useful for Quickly adjusting your Chain Tension.  Do not use Aftermarket AXLE Blocks or Chain Tensioners.  * We will not Warranty any Swingarms due to Broken Bolts in the Chain Tension Area

All Surron Frames are slightly different, for example: New Frame and Used Frame can vary by several MM.  In addition, if you have a Powder Coated Frame, this can make the space even tighter to fit the Swingarm.

Swingarm Install Notes:   You can Text Defiant Emoto with Install Questions 805-209-1000

Loosen all of the following Bolts on Main Frame before trying to install the Swingarm:        

Loosen anything that may be squeezing the Frame -

Motor Mounts, Peg Brackets with Peg Brace, Triangle, Lower Seat Subframe and Bolts on the Back Bash Guard.

If you have a very tight frame, 

Once you have the Jackshaft in the Swingarm (This is the most difficult part of installing the Defiant v3 Swingarm).

You will need a large Flat head screwdriver and some patience.  You may text a Request for a video to show how to install the Jackshaft 805-209-1000

Insert the Shorter Jackshaft positioning rod before installing Swingarm on the frame.

You may need the Large Flat head Screwdriver to get the Swingarm into tight frames.  Once the Swingarm is in the Frame, Insert the Longer Swingarm Fitment Rod through the Swingarm and Jackshaft - this will push out the Jackshaft Fitment Rod.

Defiant V3 Swingarm comes with a "one time, 1 Year Replacement Warranty".   The Warranty is non-transferrable.  Must be original purchaser to submit a warranty claim, and all Parts of the swingarm must be returned for inspection, prior to replacement.  We may require a video of the swingarm while it is still installed on the Bike.

To Keep your warranty valid for the 1 year:

• ONLY use Hardened Steel Bolts in your Linkage and Triangle or you could potentially damage : your Linkage, Triangle and Swingarm.  
• Preferably use 12.9 Hardened Steel Bolts
• If you are an Aggressive Rider, Racing or Jumping, change your bolts often.
• Aftermarket Battery, Motor & Controllers - make these bikes too heavy for Titanium Bolts.  Titanium Bolts will SNAP, not Bend.
