PURE Racing presents the TRAXION S fork designed for Surron Ultra Bee. This is our top of the range fork with the most advanced stanchion coating and valve system on the market. Patented and protected technology.

Material and design specifications:

• 3D Printed Waffle Pistons located in upper and lower chambers of the internal cartridges, both for compression and rebound legs.
• TiAlN (Titanium Aluminium Nitride) stanchion coating offers micro-level smoothness, superior lubrication, outstanding wear and scratch resistance, and excellent thermal stability.
• Precision-honed inner cylinders with a ±0.01 mm tolerance, delivering exceptionally smooth damping and enhanced traction.
• Custom-designed oil and dust seals strike an optimal balance between sealing efficiency and low friction, ensuring consistent oil flow over extensive use.
• Advanced fluid dynamics provide a progressive, quiet, and controlled damping response.
• The link plate, refined through FEM analysis, guarantees high rigidity, fatigue durability, and weight-optimized strength.
